When you register your work to get copyright, you receive an international copyright certificate confirming your authorship, you get certificate that protects your work. The certificate confirms that it is you who, at a certain point in time, registered the work as an author and has rights to it, so you get protected.

You get author’s protection and can show this certificate to a buyer who is interested in purchasing your work, to your competitors, or to attach it to your scientific articles. The certificate of authorship serves as proof of your authorship in the intellectual property court and will help you protect your rights.

CERTIFICATE contains the following fields:

Title – name of your work

Work ID – unique identification number of your work

Date of first publication – the date on which the work was first made public

Date of registration – date of registration and receipt of the copyright certificate on the UDIAR portal

Type of work – the type of object to be registered (music, literature, design, etc.)

List of authors – the author of the work and co-authors (if any) are indicated

List of rightholders – the rightholder / rightholders of the work are indicated

Deposit HASH – hash code of deposit – a guarantee that the work cannot be modified unnoticed

CERTIFICATE APPENDIX discloses document attributes in more detail:

Work ID – unique identification number of your work

Title – name of your work

Date of first publication – the date on which the work was first made public

Place of first publication contains information about the public place where the work was first published

Date of registration – date of registration and receipt of the copyright certificate on the UDIAR portal

Type of work – the type of object to be registered (music, literature, design, etc.)

Work language indicates in which language the work is done

Rightholder contains information about the rightholder: his identification number, name, email address, postal address

Author contains information about the author: his identification number, name, email address, postal address

Applicant User ID – unique identification number of user

Link to work file – a link where you can download the work file

Link to work in Udiar Catalog – a link to go to the registration page of the work

Deposit HASH – hash code of deposit – a guarantee that the work cannot be modified unnoticed

TSA Company – a company that guarantees validity according to eIDAS Regulation (Regulation (EU) 910/2014 for Digital Trust services

Blockchain transaction – link to the blockchain transaction in the distribution registry

Link to e-certificate – link to the electronic certificate in the UDIAR service

Link to work ZIP archive – link to the ZIP archive with the deposited work

Link to TSR file – timestamp service technical file

Deposition IP – user IP
